Private Parties from 11am - 1pm
The club grounds are available for private parties on the first Sunday of the month (except January).
A booking fee of $100 is payable at the time of booking and is non refundable unless the Society cancels the run in which case your booking fee will be returned to you. The cost of the locomotive is $150 and is payable before you leave. The Total cost is $250.
We do not provide power or cover for parties.
You may bring your own Marque for cover. It must be taken down by 1:15pm.
If the weather is extremely bad trains may be cancelled on the day of the run. If this occurs your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel, then the deposit is not refunded.
Your group may enter the grounds on the Sunday morning from 11am to set up and your locomotive will run from 12noon until 1pm.
Nb. Please take any rubbish with you when you leave.
Your group may stay for the public from 1.30pm until 4.30pm. During that time your group can purchase tickets to ride from the ticket kiosk in the driveway.
No Alcohol or Pets are allowed in the grounds.
Public Run Parties from 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Tables are available for you have your party in the afternoon during the public run time from 1.30pm until 4.30pm. You purchase your tickets to ride from the kiosk in the driveway.
If you wish to reserve a picnic table this can be arranged at no cost.
Please note, the tables are not covered, cover's cannot be used during the Public Run and power is not supplied.
All persons riding our trains must wear closed in footwear. No thongs, sandals or crocs. If we can see your little pinkies you cannot ride. Please avoid any disappointment. This is for your safety. Information on footwear can be found HERE.
